Refund policy

We have a 5 day return policy, so you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns if the item is damaged or if you receive an incorrect item.

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions/Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.

 

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method, within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
