Are your products authentic?

Yes. All our products are 100% official, we have strong relationships with suppliers and factories all over the world. In addition, we also carry out our own screening process on all products we receive before sending them to customers.

Can I receive the same product twice?

We have a customer database where we record every order we receive. Therefore, when we are preparing each order, we check previous orders to ensure that the same products are not shipped. However, if for any reason this happens, please send an email to customerhelp@futhub.eu and we will take care of everything.

Can I avoid some clubs?

Yes, when you place your order online through our website, we provide a field where you can note which team(s) you would prefer us to avoid when making your box.

How does the subscription work?

Our subscription is like any other subscription service, you pay a monthly fee that is cheaper than ordering a single shirt! We will then send you a new box each month and you can always exchange it for FREE if you don't like the item. You can cancel without incurring any extra costs.

What is your delivery time?

Our orders always take 48 hours to arrive at our customers' homes, but sometimes they can be delayed and can take up to 3 business days! Orders placed outside of Portugal will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
